1.) RelationShapes 1: Scales

RelationShapes is a one-hour course that breaks down scales on the guitar into such an easy-to-understand way that I've taught it to students as young as 8 - but it's designed to be useful to everyone and anyone.

Learn every 3-note-per-string scale on the guitar and free your musical expression from the confusion of not knowing the secret pathways of the guitar fretboard.

I'll take you step-by-step through learning the Mini-Shapes, The Sequence, and The Two Rules that will open the guitar wide for you to explore. You'll learn how to play the Major Scale and all its modes, the Harmonic and Melodic Minor scales and their modes, and a ton of others as well.

2.) RelationShapes 2: Intervals

RelationShapes 2: Intervals is the follow-up to my best-selling RelationShapes scales course. We learned how to play every 3-note-per-string scale on the guitar in that course, now we're going to learn every interval shape. Intervals are the smallest musical building blocks, and knowing how to play all of them will make you freer on the guitar than you have ever been, because you'll know how to go from any note to any other note, at any time - with a little practice, you'll be unstoppable!

In this course, I'm going to show you:

  • What intervals are
  • How to play every single one on the guitar
  • How to break them down into categories and organize them
  • Exercises that will help you practice them in useful ways

It's going to be a bit easier for you to understand some of the terminology and other things in this course if you've completed RelationShapes part 1, but you'll still get a TON out of this course if you haven't.

3.) Exotic Sweep-Picking Arpeggios for Guitar

Major and minor triads were the only kind of sweep arpeggios I knew for the longest time. They're okay, but I knew there were better options out there - so I went out and found them, and now I've put them all into one course for you!

In this 45 minute course, I show you how to play 4, 5, and 6 string sweep arpeggios based on chords like MinMaj7th, Dom7b5, Maj7#11, Sus4Add9 and many more, with onscreen tabs!

Your guitar solos will POP when you seamlessly drop these into your lines, making your playing sound way more modern and interesting.

I also go over some ways you can actually utilize these arpeggios and how you can connect them to each other smoothly.

Grab those brooms, janitors, and let's get to SWEEPING!
